I am hoping that you have heeded my advice up until now and things are changing in your life. Weeks are flying by, and during those weeks you could have been making things happen for yourself and your family. It is easy to let things get you off track, especially during these trying times. On the other hand, week after week adds up to month after month, and then year after year when things remain the same for you.
Remember this:
FOR THINGS TO CHANGE… YOU HAVE TO CHANGE.
FOR THINGS TO GET BETTER… YOU HAVE TO GET BETTER.
This weekly blog is meant to jog your mind, your purpose, and keep you moving in the right direction with your life. Now, if you are totally happy with where your life is right now, you do not have a reason to change. Sadly, this is not the case for most people. They either work too hard and too long, or are clearly not earning what they are worth. Other reasons could be that they are working with little time for their families or they may be working with management issues. There are so many other reasons why people would like to improve their personal situation.
Over my many years in network marketing, I have asked literally hundreds of people what they would do if they could choose their work. In a huge percentage of these people I heard one answer loud and clear: they want to work from home and be their own boss! Well? What is it we all do? We work from home and are our own boss! That is a great big DUH! So many people have the wrong opinion of our industry and that has developed from hearing from their friends and relatives who did not succeed. This is so sad, since we have the best of the best for anyone with an open mind.
Those friends and relatives were not trained properly to get great results. Consequently they were enrolled in some company and told to recruit others. They ran out to tell everyone they know that they can get rich, or they tried to jam it down their throats when others were not interested in the first place. We all know that this is not right about us. Yes, we can make extraordinary income, but only by learning our business and approaching people in a non-intimidating way. Over my years here this had become one of my pet peeves of our industry. I was determined to create a training that would eliminate this absurdity from their experience. A training that would take them by the hand and walk them through the steps to success with guidance for each step. And now, many years later, our Team Bond trainings have more than proven themselves with extraordinary success. And I will add that these trainings were created only after 20 years of intense studies of what is successful and what is not. Network marketing does not mirror any other industry. Not sales, not management, not charity… not any industry. It is its own entity and must be treated this way. I am very thankful for my own training in this business which has allowed me to create the best known training anywhere. And even then, there are those who know everything and cannot be told anything different. I can tell you that if you keep an eye on those folks, they usually do not have resounding success. The other thing about our industry is that when someone succeeds well in one company, this does not mean they will succeed in the next. Some do, some do not, depending on how they adjust and absorb their new company.
So, that is my insight for you this week; it is all food for thought. It may hit a hot button within you and make you realize that you too can make a difference in your own life if you truly want to. It will come down to your reason, your determination, and your stamina. I will always wish you the best and for your own dreams to come true.
