TEAM BOND CELEBRATION CONFERENCE
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES: $ 300.00 per distributor. No couple rates. Full registration fees due by February 20. No refunds after February 10, 2010.
NOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION FEES:
If a distributor can only attend one day, the fee is $150 per day and will automatically include their meals that day. No other partial attendance is accepted. Please indicate which day they will be attending on the registration form.
THE OPPORTUNITY MEETING IS FREE TO ALL OUTSIDE GUESTS. PLEASE DO NOT INVITE GUESTS TO OUR earlier DINNER that evening.
All Registration Forms (DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM HERE) should be received in Bonnie Taylor’s office no later than February 1, 2010. You may send payments before and complete payment no later than February 20, 2010. No credit cards please. Make checks payable to:
