Salt Lake City, Utah (January 14, 2016) Today, President and CEO Steve Tew announced numerous interdepartmental corporate promotions at 4Life Global Headquarters.
Brent Vaughan, PhD, RD has been promoted to Vice President of Research and Development. Dr. Vaughan started at 4Life in November 2003 as a Research Scientist. Since then, he’s served as the Director of Health Information Services and Senior Director of Research and Development. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and playing soccer. He and his wife have two children.
Jake Burby has been promoted to Senior Director of Design and International Marketing. Jake started at 4Life in June 2011 as International Marketing Manager. Since then he’s served as International Marketing Director and Director of Creative and International Marketing. Jake enjoys competitive cycling, fencing, and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and dog.
Other promotions at the Director level include Doug Haws to Director of Information Technology Support, Lynn Jensen to Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, Daniel Kalasic to Senior Software Developer, Adam Lisonbee to Director of Creative, Tyler Madsen to Director of International, and Jann Shaw to Director of Recognition.
Manager appointments include Trent Gurney to Manager of Legal Compliance, Heather Jeppson to Manager of Help Desk, Trevor Luke to Manager of International, and Zach Mayhew to Manager of Distribution Safety and Shipping Line.

He will work closely with the international team and assume responsibility for the U.S. Field Development team, Distributor Services department, and worldwide Foundation 4Life® activities.
“Trent’s background in marketing and sales will give the company strong leadership in generating high-level value propositions, tools, and relationships that drive our business,” said 4Life Founder and Chairman of the Board David Lisonbee.
With Trent’s new responsibility over worldwide sales, Chief Operating Officer Danny Lee will assume responsibility over the marketing department. Danny has a proven record of success working at 4Life as evidenced by enhanced distributor support, increased productivity, and the implementation of effective systems while serving as Chief Operating Officer.
